すべてのユーザーにメッセージを送ります。
オプション:
-g, --group <group> only send message to group
-n, --nobanner バナーを表示しません。使えるのは root だけです
-t, --timeout <制限時間> 書き込みの制限時間です (単位:秒)
-h, --help display this help
-V, --version display version
